We use www.atasteofasia.eu 
They have a nice variety of stuff and lots of Philippines food as well
which is a bit unusual.  If they haven't got something they will try
and get it for you, as they have for us successfully.

It's easier than that, if you go to
Rue des Sept Troubadours,
In Toulouse about halfway up there are some Indian stores they have so many indian spices and sauces and packets of god only knows what.

I love them, the owners are really pleasant too. I have bought stuff from them on so many occasion and it really is good stuff, they even have a wide range of Pataks sauces (if you want to take the really really really easy option)and pickles/chutneys too.

Being an Ex Chef I can highly recommend them and they are not too expensive either.
